Petulante, a wordplay on Pét Nat, is a pétillant naturel. Although its rise to popularity is quite recent, this winemaking technique that has been practiced for centuries. Our approach goes beyond a naturally sparkling wine, as we incorporate our organic and vegan winemaking process. The result is a delicious, rustic wine with minimal intervention, enjoying all the benefits and authentic flavors of organic farming. Medium yellow color with hazy appearance. Delightful citrus aromas on the nose as well as floral notes. On the palate, it has flavors of green apple, lemon and elderflower, along with mineral notes.

Picpoul de Pinet wines are known for being dry, crisp, and refreshing, with high acidity and delicate aromas of lemon and flowers. The grapes are often pale lemon-yellow with green tints, but some styles can be more golden. The name Piquepoul means "lip stinger" and is a reference to the wine's zingy acidity, which is complemented by citrus and stone fruit.

Red ruby color, our merlot expresses red and blue fruits, composed of dried cherries, ripe strawberry, blue berry cobbler, fruit cake, red raspberry jam, and plum. A very pleasant complexity includes baking spice, leather, milk chocolate and arugula. The spicy oak is very well integrated. Entry and finish are very smooth, with fruit resembling cherry and plum nuances. This Merlot has a good overall balance of fruit, body, and tannin, with a long fruitful finish.
