ANDREW MANSOUR
Executive Chef and Owner
Andrew has been cooking professionally for over two decades. After working in Cleveland in the early 2000's he ventured to Miami beginning a 10+ year journey up and down the east coast before returning to Cleveland. While traveling the United States Chef Andrew accumulated a wealth of knowledge in different styles of restaurant operations as well as a wide range of American Regional and International Cuisines.

General Manager and Libations
Raised on a farm in nearby Springfield, PA, Josh learned at an early age what the quality of ingredients truly means. Josh has since worked around the world gaining a wealth of knowledge in spirits. He has crafted many cocktail menus for everything from sushi restaurants to southern fine dining.
MARTIN McCAFFERTY
Sous Chef
Born in West Park and raised in Valley City, Martin has a foundation of food since childhood. He has trained under some of the best local, regional and nationally acclaimed chefs. Classically French trained with experience ranging throughout the globe, Martin has 18 years experiencing cooking.
